I have one of those difficult puppies. She will pee outside but come inside to her crte and poo there. I sometimes can be outside with her for an hour but soon as I come in she goes in her crate. Also any tips on cleaning the crate afterwards. Some good products? I am using something call nature's miricle now.

Do you mean the other way around? Going in the crate and then eating her stool? (This would be 100% handler error. )
Or is she poop-eating outdoors? If so, is she off-leash?
No diarrhea, right? How many poops a day?
Are you keeping a little record to identify the relationship between mealtime and poop-time (both for manipulating mealtime if necessary and for having her outside, moving around to stimulate peristalsis, at the right times)?
She is going outside once in awhile and trying to eat her stool but she is on a leash and I keep her away as I pick up the stool. There is no diarrhea. She goes about 6-7 times a day. I just started last night with the record keeping, but dont know exactly what to record. Never had a puppy do this before, the last one my male, never went in the crate or the house was an angel.

The puppy goes where the puppy is when she has to go.
This one goes 6 or 7 times a day? Have you changed food, increased food, changed number of meals? What is the food? How long has she been on the present food?
Also, just to make sure up front, you haven't corrected around potty, right? No reason for the pup to have anxiety about pooping?
But that's apart from the issue of 6 or 7 times a day.
Has the pup always gone this often or did the increase coincide with the crate-pooping?
PS
Nothing to do with being an angel. If the first puppy, the male, had needed to go when he was crated, he would have had to go in the crate too.
She used to be on Taste of the wild High Praire, but the chicken meal affected her, so she is on sierra mountain now. Lamb is better for her. She eats twice a day about 1.5 cups each time. She is on this food now for about 3 weeks. This crate thing started this week around sunday. Never has she been corrected yet.

She has always gone this much. In the begining I took her out when she woke up, after she ate, and after we exercised only for about 3 mins.
And .... ? I feel like I'm pulling teeth here. You took her out when she woke up, after she ate, and after you exercised .... and ? There was no crate pooping?
What change was concurrent with the crate pooping that started last Sunday?
