Ripley nabbed and ate a whole box of Buddy Biscuits that I had set out to give away. This was Saturday night. I skipped his breakfast Sunday, not wanting to mix "kibble" and raw. I fed him a chicken leg quarter on Sunday evening. I woke to the sound of a sick dog at 4 am. 2 episodes of foamy vomit with just a little unrecognizeable detritus. (Not bile).
I fed him boiled chicken and rice for breakfast and he's been fine all day. Just had a massive kibble-y bm.
What would you give him for dinner? Raw or cooked?
I'd be happy to fast him if he weren't being such a pain in the a**. He's moaning at me and running through his full repertoire of tricks. Ugh...now groaning. His stomach is on a schedule.

One of mine parks his butt in a sit under the kitchen table to wait, ten minutes before I do their supper. (The same one knows exactly what time to come to my bed and stare at me in the morning ..... unless he's like Will's Fetz and just doesn't sleep. )
I find it really hard to fast a dog who is healthy and hungry and in the house with me, eager to do anything in his bag of tricks for a crumb.
So I have done small bowls of warm http://leerburg.com/icepup.htm as well as very thin portions of rehydrated THK (like thin soup).
In lieu of those two staples that I try always to have, I'd just give some chicken broth with some bits of something.
He's good, Connie. Thanks for asking. I left work early for an appt and to see the sunshine. Poops are normal. I fed him a chicken back an hour ago and now he's sleeping it off.
My cardiologist told me *I* was going to get worms feeding Ripley raw food.(It came up in conversation.) Boo!!! I guess he can't be smart in all areas.
