What a horrible disaster for all living creatures.

What are those emotions or feelings in that dog? A sense of knowing the dog was sick, hurt, and needing help? Was it being protective? It is almost as if he is begging the reporters to follow him and help his friend. It makes me remember all the Katrina dogs that were displaced and not allowed in the shelters with their owners

I remember watching a video clip of Katrina where some people rescuers were boating down what use to be a road and some poor dog swimming like crazy after them. The look on the horse's face was utter hopelessness as it looked over the wreckage before him. It will haunt me for a very long time.... My heart goes out to all the people and animals in Japan. --Kel
