Thank you all who helped me with my two American Hairless Terriers. I have not posted for a long time because my husband was very ill. He finally passed away today. The dogs were a source of great comfort to both of us and we were able to keep them till the very end. I don't think we would have made it without the help we received here. They are not perfect and now I will have time to invest in them. Being a caregiver was very consuming. So now all of my time will belong to them. Again, thank you all so much!

I am so very sorry. I am sure that having the dogs was indeed a huge comfort to your husband, and that they will be to you now, as well.
Lenka, My deepest condolences. Do keep in touch; it will help keep your mind busy. This simply takes time... there is simply no "short cut" through grieving, but we are all here for you.
Lenka, I am so very sorry for your loss. What a terrible ordeal your entire family must have been through. I do hope we will see you around the board and that we can help in some small way by talking about "dog stuff." Please take care of yourself.
