I probably still am mostly, but I don't feel like I've been treated poorly for my lack of knowledge. Granted, I don't post a great deal, but the search engine is my best friend. All of the valuable information on this site, a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips from experts, vets, or people who just have loads of experience, and it's all freely given. I don't know how anyone could complain...even if they do get the occasional crusty comment.
