My 16 week GSD has been diagnosed with a pretty nasty UTI. My vet has switched her over to a very bland diet. I am doing lots of training with her right now and wanted input as to a good treat I could use that won't upset her fragile system. I'm thinking cooked chicken but wondered if you could recommend a pre-packaged healthy treat that I could easily pick up at the healthy pet store...?
These are the Paws Gourmet treats, and they are a little softer than the Zuke's but just as tasty (apparently).
I think Charlee Bears also have a fairly limited ingredient list. One of my dogs has a sensitive digestive system, but we've had no problem with Zuke's, Paws Gourmet or Charlee Bears.
