Pisa threw up this afternoon, about 7 hrs after eating this morning.
2nd week into raw, first time suppliments were given today,
they were vit. E and fish oil, both squeezed from gel cap into cottage cheese. it was fed 20 min after a chicken thigh, couple necks, and a tiny bit of chicken liver and a heart.
the smell was something I never smelt from an animal before,
was it the cheese and oils? as well organs are new, but only10% was added

kinda, we thought it was a rotten fart, but got grosser as we went to the living room(dog room), I had to soak her crate in vinigar, scrubbing with soap didn't help.
she seems no different, still livley

The question of smelling like feces is vital. I'd call the vet if it did.

No, cottage cheese (even if it's not usually the best choice, being almost always, unless salt-free, very high in sodium) and the gelcaps would not, IMO, do anything like what you describe.

the smell was more overpowering sourish than feces smell, really strong smell.
her last movement was right after, my wife took her out so I could deal with the crate, went and looked, it looks like a kibble poop in shape and consistancy, only whiteish,
it is totaly normal for her to poop in the afternoon,
this morning she struggled a bit on a crumbly bony poop, walked a bit,100 feet or so, another small bit, then walked 300 feet or so and she let out a firm good looking poop, followed by quite a bit of much softer whiteish poo, not runny, but soft

After the vomiting or before?

This sounds like regular vomit to me, but of course I am not there. Not sure whether you are familiar with the smell or not ....
This is a puppy, right?
I'd probably be calling the vet, based on the long time between eating and vomiting, the unusual odor, the odd-colored poop, and not knowing what could have triggered the vomiting.

That sounds like regular vomit to me. But vomiting 7 hours after eating and all the other factors I mentioned above would have my eye focused on her tonight and written notes about the poop tonight and tomorrow. I'd probably give no more than a few tablespoons of bland food tonight (enough to avoid completely empty stomach) and small frequent bland meals tomorrow, too. I'd probably call the vet if there was another event and/or any lethargy, apparent discomfort, etc.
I'm not a health professional. All JMO.
