I'd like to think (desperately hope?) that there were many kids who were gracious about it, but of course those wouldn't be the clips submitted for Jimmy Kimmel's show. I also wonder how much of it was "staged" just for that purpose. I would think a kid that got a gift-wrapped, half-eaten sandwich or some such thing would know his parents were pulling his leg.
