Ever since the new board design, if I address a PM to more than one recipient, it apparently only goes to the first person named. I send it, and then under "Participants," it will only show my name and the first person on my recipient list. I know on the previous board, it always showed all of the recipients as "Participants."
Maybe I'm just confused or doing something wrong. Can anyone clear it up for me?
Cheri, what internet browser are you using? Have you tried sending a PM using a different internet browser? It could be a browser-related setting that is somehow conflicting with how the recipient selection works.

This could be part of what I emailed about .... not knowing who has and has not received a PM with several recipients.
But I just sent a PM to you and Kelly. That will at least tell us if you both get it, even if the problem of me not knowing (via the list) remains.
I DO see all the intended recipients on the "participants" list, though, unlike Cheri.
Connie, I sent one several hours ago this morning to two recipients. I typed you as the second recipient, so it sounds like you didn't get it. On my end, it shows participants as only myself and the first person I typed in.
So far, I have not received the one you sent to me and Kelly.
Bobbie, I am using AOL. When I get a chance, I'll try sending one via Internet Explorer.

Cheri, how are you dividing the two names? Do they both show in the recipient box, before you hit send?
There is a tiny circle thingy that is in my recipient box, kind of like what's typically called a bullet, I guess. That is where I type the first name. I then do a carriage return and a second bullet appears below the first one, where I can type the second name. I assume that just continues; I haven't sent one to more than two people recently.
