I know I have asked before but got no results from the vet at this point. Blood test was all good.
Yesterday was cold (-15oC plus a wind chill of -22oC max)
We went for a short walk in the wood shelter from the wind for most part and the dogs did some good playing. This was about 3:30 to 4:00 pm
Later at night after I cloed the barn with both dogs, where we did some playing) Dexter started to shake visibly. I was in the bath tub and he came to join me and try to hide behind the toilet. That is not normal for him to do that. Then he started to shake looked scared at first then he was not responding to any voice sound. He was up or sitting looking glazed over.
I call the BF to get him. Dexter is the BF dog so he usualy is more happy to him then me. He was just not there. It lasted about 5 min.
After that he had a light shiver none stop. Dogs went for the last potty break then bed time in the crate. Dexter woke up at midnight whining and would just cling to the BF again. He try to bring him to sleep in the bed room but could not get him to follow him. He finally went back to sleep in his crate.
This morning I was woken up by a distress whine again Dexter was shaking mostly his back legs and shoulders. He eat just fine now he is sleeping on my feet and there is a lot of front end muscles spasmes/movement going on.
The house is not cold or draffy.
Could he be in pain?
I have some RALIVIA (100 mg) pain killer that Harley got from one of his encounter with a tree this summer.
All vets are closed at the moment but the e-vet
I really don't like the fact that he act scared and that he is not responsive at time.
I will try a video later when the battery is charged

That almost sounds like some kind of seizure. Perhaps your vet needs to refer you to a specialist, perhaps one specializing in neurological problems.

My thoughts as well...hope you can get to the bottom of it. Poor Dexter

Ariane, could you clarify this? Do you mean that Dexter has had an episode like this before and you had him to the vet for it?
I agree that it could be some type of seizure, but it could also be a dozen other things. I have owned two dogs with seizure disorders in my lifetime, and what you describe does not sound like a grand mal seizure, but maybe petit mal?
I have also seen, over the course of my lifetime of owning dogs, a couple of instances similar to what you describe, though not quite as intense or long-lasting. It does make you wonder if they've got some type of internal pain going on that is not evident to an observer.
I think it is the most frustrating part of owning animals, the fact they can't tell us what is wrong. If he is still in distress, in my mind, that would be justification for a visit to the e-vet if that's the only one you can get into now.

So this is a near monthly thing, but this time is was much stronger and so long since last night around 8PM and now it is 11:30 am.
He never lost bowl control or pee while doing this.
This morning he lost the control of one eye that went bouncing around for some time.
He is very clingy at the moment and want to hide some but near us like between sofa and table.
This morning pee and poop were normal.
I will post a video as soon as it load. It is a very mild shiver of the head and neck.
Vet has been consulted at first but offer no help

Possibly you could take Dexter to a different vet, if they are not still closed or the e-vet esp. since there is a worsening change of what you'd been seeing over the past month.

Get a 2nd opinion.
Yes, he is obviously uncomfortable. He needs medical attention. Tremor's cause cannot be ID'd or treated on the Internet.
