Hello, maybe someone here can advise. My brother has a black Lab. He has been sick all day throwing up everything even water. My brother said he found bees in the vomit. Could this be why the dog is sick? He has checked everywhere and there is nothing he could have eaten, poison in the yard or garage etc. Nothing laying around what so ever that would be dangerous. Could the bees have caused the sickness? And if so, is there is anything he can do besides take the dog to the vet. He does not have a lot of money.
Could be Anaphylaxis. Benadryl can work sometimes, but the problem is he is throwing up. He could need intravenous, like an EPI pen.
Only the vet will know for sure. Does he look swollen around the face or eyes at all? Breathing fast?
The dog had to be youthenized. The dog went into seizures this morning. Took him into emergency and they believe the dog ate antifreeze. My brother says he never has that lieing around and cant believe it. They say that the dog was in severe pain and there was really nothing they could have done and youthenization was the best for the dog. Kidney failure. My brother lives in Idaho and does not have a lot of money. They could have tried to save the dog but per the vet the dog would under go all kinds of treatment. Anyway thanks for asking Connie. So sad. Im sad...
