Daniel Fernando Webboard User Reg: 05-21-2010 Posts: 106 Loc: Philadelphia, PA - US Offline	Guys.. Does anybody know how to measure choke / fur saver collar? Xena is using 20" choke chain, measured from 2 O rings and the chains O-------O. Is that the right way to measure a collar?

Don't measure one type based on the length of a different type. Take a new measurement around the top of the dogs head and folded down ears. The fursaver is measured from one ring to the end of the last link. O-------- Sadie

So I just measured Xena's biggest part of head and her folded ear part, it's 18". Is it good if I order the 21" fur saver collar?

I ended up returning the 20" because it was to tight for me going over Zoey's ears it was like ripping her ears off each time I put it in/off so I got the 21". I didn't want damage those perfect factory ears.
