hey fellow members , i just posted my first video on a youtube channel i created .
this first one is from footage i recently shot and edited using the new I-phone 5 i just got , so it isn't the best quality in terms of production or content . i'm hoping to achieve a lot better but i just wanted to get something up on the channel to look at and get comments on .
this one is a casual snowshoe in the woods out my back door . . . . there will be an " official " launch video soon .
thanks christy . . . the eating thing has been funny . at first they both ate extremely fast even though i had them eating in separate parts of the house . slowly i brought them closer and closer to each other and they actually slowed down as they realized , over time , that they were each going to get their ration . they have not been eating in that shop space for very long , but the eating seems to have sped up again .
also , i started out by feeding hector first , out of respect for his place in the pack , but what i was finding was that he would go traumatize ( lol ) henry before he ate . so then i changed it so that henry ate first , thinking that henry getting fed first meant good things for hector and that seemed to work . . . the beatings ceased . now i mix it up , but each dog has to take their place before anyone gets fed .

the house in that vid was our familys' ski cabin that we built in 1968 . i moved into it with my then future wife in 1986 and have raised our two boys there .
