Is it the spray that has a lick-deterring taste? The TSC's I've checked normally only have the gel. I think they sell it to treat saddle sores. So, tack shops may well carry it too. You can get it at number of places on-line. I've purchased the spray version from KV Vet http://www.kvsupply.com/KVVet/productr.asp?pf_id=59992 Prices range from $10-15 a tube or spray bottle.
