I, very often, have extremely slow or intermittent internet access, especially when overseas. I am wondering if it is possible to download digital copies of purchased videos so I can view them whenever I have the time, instead of only when I have suitable internet access.

I might not be the right person, but I will get the right person .... do you mean when you have purchased a DVD, before the actual DVD comes and you are watching it online?

I purchased "The Foundation of Nosework with Andrew Ramsey" when it first came out, but never got a DVD. I now have a hard time watching it because of my poor internet connection when I'm not home.

You are doing this: "When you purchase our nosework DVD, you will automatically get FREE instant access to the streaming video of this DVD in Leerburg's Video on Demand. Simply go to Leerburg's Video on Demand and login with your Leerburg username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the MY RENTALS tab at the top of the page. You can now watch the nosework video as many times as you want."
I'll contact the office in the morning and get it straightened out (about not having received the actual DVD).
I ordered the training with food streaming, and it was so sputtery, that I got the DVD and they let me pay the difference plus shipping. So I just get the DVD's now and get the streaming for free.
You are suppose to get a coupon for the DVD when you buy just the streaming?

There is two options - 1)streaming only, and it's $5 less than 2)DVD, which includes free streaming, but you pay $5 more for the actual DVD + shipping. You have to be careful when they attach links to purchase, sometimes it's just for the streaming. I've almost purchased JUST streaming and I caught myself. I want my DVD!
