I can watch NCIS without the deep sighing, repeats of Everybody Loves Raymond without the eye roll, and every dog gets their own seat on the sofas. I love the bones of the kid, but at 23, it’s about bloody time!

Considering he was born a few days after my 39th birthday we didn't have the house to ourselves for quite a few yrs. Then there was my FIL. Great guy but he lived with us the last 8 yrs of his life. He was 98 when he passed. That was just 2-3 yrs ago so it's just been the last 2-3 yrs that we've really had the house to ourselves. .........Well, then there are the grandkids. I think they are here as much as they are at home. Gonna keep us young or kill us! My dad told me to stay single and raise my kids the same way. old dogs LOVE to learn new tricks

I'd have to bring my 2 year old GSD with me too, of course. There would also have to be a good IPO/Schutzhund club nearby.
