Hi
rott pup 2 months old, first meals went ok, then diarrhea twice , then again good.
I probally made an error
Till now she got only chicken necks and backs, removed skin and so on, but I started to give essicated treats of Lamb. Didnt think about it till now, maybe its better to give chicken treats instead ?
Cause the day that I didnt give her any treat , she got better.

Yes, as Connie said, watch the amount.
So you have fed chicken necks and backs so far?
I don't see an issue with adding green tripe, as long as it is a SMALL amount to start. It is a wonderful addition!
My last two litters started green tripe at about 5 weeks and they LOVED it! It is a favorite around here, my Pom babies just started tripe at 5 weeks too!
I stand corrected on the Green Tripe if it is something somewhat "manufactured", that is not just a chunk of cattle omentum picked up at a slaughterhouse.

Good point Betty - the tripe I fed is sold by a dog food company and preground for me, and packaged in good portions too!
I would probably not have fed left over tripe that was left in a garbage/carcass heap or something ....ewwwww....it smells bad enough as it is!
