Blogs like forums (pretty much the same thing) are only as good as the knowledge of the folks freequenting them. A whole lot of bad advise & information can be found on them often with little oversight as to the information/advise given.
I don't know what info you are looking for but weeding out the sound information from the not so good is not always easy to do.
Not to just promote this forum...because I have nothing to be gained by doing so...but there are a number of knowledgeable multiple dog owning long time posters here that are always willing to help. If you don't want to go public there is always the option of PMs.
There are also mods watching to be sure no bad or potentially dangerous info is allowed to stand. I have seen some really poor & seriously bad info posted in sites through the years.

I totally agree that there's a lot of BAD stuff out there, which is why I was wondering if you guys knew of places like this with good stuff - not so much a forum where there are a bunch of people that don't know what they're saying chiming in, but one person who's a good trainer and writes blogs on different topics. I just enjoy reading good insight into training and learning things I don't already know. I agree that there's a lot of knowledge on here and SO appreciate all the help I've gotten - I don't go to any other place for help actually! I don't need any specific info right now, just like to read articles for insight.
I tried to send you a p.m., but again I'm unable to do so. (Wish the IT folks could fix whatever glitches are going on.) I just wasn't sure if it was going to be okay to provide all these links here, so mods please delete if necessary.
Have you heard of Denise Fenzi? She is a well-respected obedience and sport dog trainer from the West Coast -- California? Not sure. Anyway, she has a couple of blogs that I visit occasionally. There's this one primarily devoted to training:
I also really like Bridget Carlsen and her methods. I've attended a couple of her seminars and would recommend them to anyone who might have one coming up in their area. She does not have a blog, but there are quite a few videos posted on her site, and of course watching somebody do something helps in different ways than just reading about it.
Our own Niomi Smith, fellow LB forum member, has a blog, not strictly about training but more general dog information like health, nutrition, etc. She hasn't posted much recently, but there's a lot of older stuff to peruse through.
BTW, Bob, "blog" is an abbreviation for "weB LOG," and it's kind of a diary that people write online. They can run the gamut of topics, from just personal musings to an intent to deliver useful advice, like the dog-related ones I linked above.
While it's not exactly a training blog, I'll put in a plug for my https://k9musings.com blog
I like it, Mara! I've only just perused it quickly, but I'll be doing some more serious reading there -- and enjoying all the beautiful pics of your dogs!
