Happy New Year of course for my whole beloved Webboard Family.
For myself it didn't begin so wonderful. Cough, diarrea, fever and extreme muscle fatigue. And know what? I remembered a topic we had once here. Advice to give a dog rice when he suffers from diarrea. So I thought, if good for dogs why not for me? I of course googled first for it and it was confirmed. I took two little portions and 5 hours later it was all over!!!

First: HAPPY NEW YEAR to ALL
Secondly, I've learned a number of things from Vet Med over the decades that "people doctors" never seemed to know anything about (go figure) -- For instance: if you're prone to muscle cramping anywhere in your body, then you should take Calcium Lactate WITH Magnesium supplements, and you won't suffer from them any longer ... I got that from the James Herriot, "All Creatures Great & Small", series when he would administer it to cows in labor who experienced Eclampsia while calving (so Vets knew all about this from way back in the 1930s or even long before) !!!
Thanks a lot, Candi. Yes you're right, many doctors are not really informed and choose sometimes too rapidly what they are used to prescribe, Calcium Lactate wIth Magnesium I take aleaready. I had cramps in fingers and toes. It helped almost immediately MG is also very good for the heart.
I'll certainly search for James Herriot, sounds very interesting and helpful and also gives us questions to ask when consulting, in order to proof how advanced the mindset of the particular doctor is.
