Last night my 6 month GSD pup (Lakota) was playing with another dog next to a wooded area. Lakota found a stick and started to run around with it. After some time she layed down and started to chew it and I didnt like the idea of her getting splinters in her mouth and swallowing it. Well I took the stick and threw it deep into the woods and before I could grab her she was off looking for it. Within 30 seconds she ran out of the woods with a stick and I thought for sure it was a different one so I took it away to look. What I found surprised me and the owner of the other dog. It was the same stick I threw out there. Her sense of smell is great. I know the GSD are known for that but to actually see it is pretty amazing. I just needed to pass the info on to others that would appreciate it. Have a good one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
