The Greater Vancouver Dog Sport Club (BC, Canada) will be hosting a 2 day Schutzhund seminar/workshop with Mr. Knut Fuchs of Germany on the weekend of June 14 & 15, 2003.
For those who don't know him, Knut has won back-to-back FCI IPO World Championships (2000 & 2001) and dhv Deutsche Meisterschafts (1998 & 1999), and was also the 2000 Belgian Shepherd World Champion. In the past seven years, he has placed on the podium at the international level with three different dogs. In his first ever SV Bundessiegerprüfung in 2002, Knut placed 18th out of over 120 entries. He is also one of Europe's top experts on the use of e-collars in Schutzhund.
This will be Knut's first ever seminar in North America and as such, space will be extremely limited.
No more than one dog per handler and all participants must preregister.
The seminar will cover obedience and protection. Cost for the seminar is only CAD$150 for the weekend or CAD$100 per day.
All Schutzhunders and working-dog enthusiasts in British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest are encouraged to participate! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
