Dirk Friedrichs Webboard User Reg: 01-11-2004 Posts: 2 Loc: Offline	Does anyone know of a good club in anywhere in the NW suburbs of Chicago that would tollerate beginners (both dog and handler)? I live in Huntley, IL and would love to start training with my 20-month old female GSD. I think she would have a blast and be very good at it, and I am fascinated with the sport. I just would like to avoid getting stuck with people who have no idea what they are doing - she's far too important to me, and I'm too much of a novice to know what's right and what's wrong. A club that keeps the welfare and happiness of the dog as their top priority is what I am looking for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I too have been looking for a Schutzhund club in the Chicagoland area, particularly one that will handle a novice like myself. I will be getting a male GSD puppy (Mattie v.d. Hundemark X Rene Anrebri) from Von Der Polizei German Shepherds mid September and would love to begin the sport of Schutzhund. Thanks for the info!!
