I have a part show/small part working shepherd that I use for duck hunting he loves it, does anyone use their dogs for other sports not mentioned on this board?

I think you need to go to a board that is designed for hunting purposes. But if anyone wants to tell me how they turn their schutzhund dog into a dog hunting fanatic I will listen.
I started this dog on the two ball game and he returned the first ball he ever saw, I then put him thru the first steps of bite training per your tape, I added distractions and one was water, he wasn't getting much work protecting the house (thank God) so I proceeded to make my lazy friends labs look bad with him! His bite work was great for carrying game! and he outs @ my feet, I will stay on this board, thanks!
Ya'll should like this one then when I was a youngster my neighbors had a shepherd that we took hunting with us we had a fiest and if we were rabbit hunting we sometimes did not have to shoot because the shepherd was so fast that he sometimes got the jump on the rabbit an caught it then we only had to get him to give up the rabbit.
