When they started making cropping illegal in Germany years ago, many breeders just went to another country and had it done and then took their dogs home. If you are taking an already cropped and docked dog into any of the countries where it is now illegal they can't penalize you for that. You just can't have the procedures done in those countries. I am assuming (perhaps wrongly) that you meant for breeding her in the future? If so, I know of many people who have sent their cropped/docked bitches to be bred in countries where cropping/docking is forbidden.
