hi everyone.. i'm a new owner of a wonderfurl female dog that i got from someone in my city that no longer had room for her..the previous owners tell me that she is a white german shepherd.... i know white german shepherds are a spicy topic for some people, as far as the breed being a mutant gene and all,,, anyone have any news or anything interesting to share with me about this??? i have no papers on her so i guess theres no way to tell for sure so who knows but i do have pics for anyone who may have something to share or can try and help me out....thanks so much
my question is why are people so against this specific breed type? anyone have any first hand experience with them? anyone share these dislikes? i don't understand what the deal is with this whole thing against white german shepherds? the one that i have seems to have wonderful temperment and seems to be a wonderful dog all around. just wanted some insight. sorry if i was a little unclear
This is a working dog discussion board. White German Shepherds do not fall into the catagory of working dogs. Not one white GSD can do police service work, or even personal protection for that matter.
I would have no problem with them if they were called white Shepherds - but GERMAN Shepherds - I think not. These animals are pets and nothing more. Some may even be nice pets.
