Any help would be appreciated. I have prey drive 2.5 year old shepherd. I would like to hang some toy from tree so he can jump up and hold onto it. I want to have this when he is alone in backyard so he doesn't get bored. He already has balls and other toys but I think he would like this. Does ED sell a fireman's type hose or something equivalent that well stand up to this type of playing.
You want to be very careful about using any firehose material. It will very quickly wear a dogs teeth down. I only sell one small pocket toy made from this material. I dropped all the tugs made from firehose and strongly advise against it.
I don't sell anything to hang from a tree for your dog. Sorry <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Thanks for your reply. I guess one of your tugs would not be suitable for this type of application? I will look in your equipment section, and look for a new toy to be used other than from hanging from a tree. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I would think Ed does not have any tree hanging toys, because folks don't generally hang their dogs from trees! I personally think this is a dangerous thing for the dog, 60 to 100 Pnds hanging from teeth. How would you feel if your dog broke his hock because he slipped? I would think of another game for your dog.
