Thank you for the quick response. The person in Czech is stating that they have to go through at least a 4 month process of stating that the dog has been sold and that he can not get the paperwork. The new owner is very frustrated as she does not know who/what is causing the hold up.
Sounds suss. It has only taken us about 3-4 months for the paperwork. I know that there has been some restrictions from the Czech kennel club on who can aply for the export pedigree. I think it has been done to stop the dog brokers from selling alot of dogs.
