Several weeks ago I asked about kennels to visit in Eastern europe. There were serveral questions but the most promident was what kind of dog are we looking for? For what purpose. Briefly, my wife has been rasing dog for quite a while mainly for AKC show and pets. Recently (last year) she bought a working dog for me as a guift. IHe is now 11 months old and we are working on our Schutzhund currently. We are very happy with him he is much different tempermentaly than our other dogs. His bloodlines include Lord Gleiesdreick and Alk Vom Osterburg Quell. Our other dog pedigree included Uran Vom Wildsteigerland and SG Illa vd Ritterburg also Dajuna Ako Obrozok. We are interested in locating a east european bitch possibly from Czech Rep. My trip began as a pleasure trip and has grown to include the World Trials in Italy. I was interested in visiting kennels in Czech some where out side of Prague. My questions are: Is anyone familiar with kennels and breeders in the Czech Republic with great dogs and blood lines that you would recommend. Is there a particular working bloodline that would be worth searching smallere kennels for. Any other insight would also be helpful. Thanks in advance for the help.
