Well - I haven't got a wife, girfriend or boyfriend to talk about but I do have dogs - and I also have deer flies the size of B-52s and some skeeters that could cart you off whole! Dog yard chores are so blah at this time of year - I really hate summer sometimes. How is everyone dealing with the heat/bugs/ torrential rains and wildfires in everybodies respective neck of the woods?
Well, I'm expericing all but the wildfires. Another new experience is dog sitting at home for first time alone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
I now know what my wife has to go through when I'm away at work.
tiggy2, we live on oposite ends of the country and have the same problems, "BIG SKETTER'S and HORSE FLY's, not to forget the HEAT and HUMIDITY"
Lonny, we got what we asked for. Thanks again ED!!
Well, I prefer to play "Hose" with my dog, he just digs chasing the stream of the hose and getting soaked, I like promoting the prey drive and the sound of his jaws snapping at the water, the kids like the hose as well! Bonus!
Good summer fun! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Butch! Amazing! I am overwhelmed with joy! Finally a place to just bullsh*t about.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Yeah Sweet Ed, thanks!
Leute mögen Hunde, aber Leute LIEBEN ausgebildete Hunde!
Last Thurs. my daughter had open heart surgery. Today while I was sitting with her, we got a visit from a therapy dog. It was a nice experience. The handler carried a polaroid camera and took a picture of her dog sitting next to my daughter. She put a little sticker on the bottom of the photo and gave it to her.
Of course, I had already brought photos of our dogs in and taped them on her crib. So...more dog talk. But my daughter really got a kick out of this pooch that I would have previously considered a waste of good kibble.
Awww that's sweet RingSport! Good for her, I wish your daughter the best and to have a full recovery, I'm sure I can speak for all of us and say we will include you and your family in our prayers.

Ringsport, bummer man. Best wishes to you and yours.
I was gonna rag on this new topic, but now I'm too bummed out. Well. . .I guess I can still rag. . .
