Hey everyone. I have updated my website and wanted to know if my "Abraxas" page would load OK for other people. It has fading pictures with music. For dial up people can you let me know how long it took to download the page..Thanks
It took a while to load for me. I was in the kitchen cutting up lamb rolls when I heard the music start. I came back to the puter and the photos were still loading.
Very nice, but the text is a little hard to read on that background.
Where is the photo with the french fries?
Brax was nice looking dog.
I have a cable connection and am running IE 6.0. The music selection was nice. Took a while to download and start the music. As others have noted on other threads, there may be some copyright issues on it's use. For a non-commercial site, you can probably get away with it.
It would be useful to be able to browse the page with the music turned off. Some people do their surfing @ work.
French Fries?? I recall a photo on Ed's website shortly after last fall's Nationals. As I recall, Karmenn was doing a walrus imitation with a couple of french fries. It disappeared a few days later ...
I'm at work so have only been able to view a little so far. You should probably post a warning though about reading the sad stuff while at work. I work with a bunch of guys and well they already think im strange enough with out them seeing the tears for the reminders of ones ive lost. So far thought the site looked good and music also good. Will have to put the dog on guard by my office door though so no one walks in then i can view in piece.
