A man sees an ad in the paper for a talking dog for sale, $10.00... He decides to go to the address and check this out.
Upon arriving, he knocks and the door is answered by the dog's owner. "He's in the bedroom if you'd like to meet him." said the owner.
The man finds the dog lying on the bed watching TV.
"Hi, howya doin'?" says the dog.
"Wow! You are a real talking dog!" says the man,
"What has brought you here and what have you been doing all your life?" he asked.
"Well," replies the dog, "I started out as a seeing-eye dog and worked my way up to K-9 service, eventually I got a job in the Gulf war helping the soldiers over there, came back to the States and worked in the airport sniffing baggage for years until 9-11 when I helped find survivors in the tower rubble, got injured doing that and decided it was time to retire. So...here I am."
Flabbergasted, the man goes out to the dog's owner. "That dog is amazing! Why are you selling him for $10.00?" he asks.
"Because he's a BIG LIAR!!!" said the owner...
