Is it the dog - or the people? We've had several instances lately in Portland, Oregon. Not human deaths yet, but some that were close. These were all due to the stupidity of the owners. Not socializing, training, keeping dangerous dogs, and mostly letting them run loose! I don't understand it. If the stupid humans had to be put down with the dogs I think it would help eliminate a lot of the problems! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
I get so tired of dogs being put down and innocent people getting hurt due to the stupidity of people. Somebody dumped a pit (large intact male) and pup in our neighborhood last summer. I was able to get in between a very unfriendly, intent pit and an 8 year old kid down the block that just "wanted to pet the doggie." If I could have found the idiot that dumped him....
Nice media sensationalism... man dies from unknown causes (genetic heart defect?? pulmonary embolism?? infarct?) and let's slap a "Pit Bull Killing" headline on it! Duuuuuuh. BTW the man's dog was a Rott/Chow... not really known for their temperment. (Pit should not have been off leash... I know...)
Dennis, I'm not blaming you for posting the story, you are our entertainment with these stories you find.
But to the editor of this story, "Your story, sucks, and your stupid"!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Man, make a darn typo and the gallery comes <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, and to be lectured by a man, who still dreams in french <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> and Dennis, you just had to get a piece huh? LOL! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Don't be so mean, we all know english is a second, maybe third language for Chris <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
With Duhonese and Milspeak being the primary languages, eh? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Hiya, Chris <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
