Hello All,
I have a question and hope that someone on this board can help me.
I need some statistics on police k9's, as in the good that they do for comunties,the drugs they stop from entering the country and so on. I will be glad to help you out, but I need specifics, of your requirements, Ed ‘s not going to like it if I post a years comp -stat figures on his board.
We have figures of big bust here at the airport last week, running into millions, and to get 4 tons of cannabis is not un-common here.
Before you get into the stats for narcotics detection dogs, the first consideration should be the Officer who will handle the dog. If the recipient of a detection dog does not know anything about criminal / narcotics detection and interdiction, the money, time, dog and opportunity is wasted.
