I have been doing a little research on this dog. In previous post people mentioned that this was a great dog but needed to wait and he how he produced. That post was a few years ago and I was wondering if anyone has seen any good dogs come out of Brit. His pedigree looks great on paper but i was just wondering if he has produced.
Thanks

Jake-Brit is a real special dog. He has produced some really nice dogs but he has been bred on a real limited basis but the quality has always been there. He was a super police dog and a great special friend to his family. He is about 91/2 now I think so you want a puppy from him you better act now. I wish I could get one myself. After I have my next litter I may see if he is still breeding or see if I can buy a pup of his if there are any around. Derek

Thanks for the reply Derek. I am going to flash a little ingnorance here. Is there an age with males where their ability to produce drops or are they pretty good to go until they drop.
I depends on the male. Some go sterile young, some are fertile until late in life, some drop off in production as they age. We had a litter of 10 from Stormfront's Brawnson when he was 10yrs old!
I have a deposit down for a pup from Brits next litter.I did a lot(read a whole lot)of research before I settled on Brit and Verona.I would also like to hear from anyone who has or knows of any of Brits offspring.Brits bloodline is very old by todays czech lines.I have heard some pretty neat things about Brit and I agree that he must be very special.

Greg-Mike is 100% correct...it depends on the dog. As a rule just like with people you expect sperm numbers overall as well as motility to go down somewhat with age. But Brit is doing just fine from what I hear.....but just as important if not more so is the female. If my memory serves correct isn't Verona about 9 herself? Brit actually worked in the Czech Border Patrol program before coming over here as I understand it. The best place to go for info on Brit would be to Will himself the dogs owner. I have never met Will but we've swapped a couple emails over the last couple years and he seems like a real decent guy who would tell you all you wanted to know. Let me know how that puppy turns out when you get it. I have a "V" litter female from z Ps kennel myself, she is a couple times later in the alphabet than Verona is though my bitch turns 4 in 3 weeks. If she traveled better I would have bred her to Brit a couple weeks ago-but she lost puppies her last litter by shipping back from Europe so I didn't want to chance shipping her across the country this time around. I believe there is a Brit son working the street but I cant remember where.Jet von Ramhausen in Mo maybe?I would have liked to have seen what these two produced before dishing out the money but I felt a lot better after talking to Will.He was happy to visit with me and told me a lot of background info on both dogs.Im going to go pick my pup up so I can see Brit and the dam myself. From what I know,Brit has alot of civil aggression and Verona is high drive(Doksy Bady Ron daughter).
Brit was bred while he was in Czech.I dont know how many times but I bet Hanna Leena would know as she is a guru of czech lines and she coowns Brit.If his offspring worked in the Czech military or police I doubt we will ever hear about them.I just thought it was worth the risk to buy one of his pups as I wasnt very impressed with the some of the more well known Czech studs in the US.I originally wanted a pup from Tom Z PS which proved nearly impossible. That is how I found Brit.I wanted a more serious dog than the majority of Czech dogs being promoted in the US.So I rolled the dice!!!Hope I dont get "snake eyes"..LOL
