Oh now thats funny <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Will.Technically(?) that would be considered RAW also <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Before raw, we fed kibble..... all different kinds.
Been feeding raw now for 5 years although we do have 2 dogs that eat kibble now. these dogs just don't tolerate raw (for whatever reason) We use Chicken soup and Evo, supplemented with turkey and beef burger for them.
I would like nothing better than for all our dogs to eat raw, but bottom line is that you need to do what works for each indivdual dog.
it all depends on where you live and what you pay per pound for your ingredients.
I would guess that a base price for the ingredients we feed is about 60-75 cents per pound. This includes chicken, turkey, pork, eggs and fish.
we feed about 50-60 pounds per day here, that does not include puppies.
If I only had one or two dogs to feed I would probably feed prepackaged raw like Bravo.... it's too pricey for us to use here, but I like the convenience of it.

Please excuse my lack of experience. I do not know what "Bravo" is and where I can get it. I am in south Florida if that helps any at all. Thanks for the help.
Terry
Can you post some more info. re "Bravo?" Also, I've noticed on ed's natural diet he uses chicken backs. Are the bones in these cuts safe for dogs? Also, I've just started the nat. diet, and was wondering about any side-effects like bacteria since its uncooked. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Emilio
