Mankind is already much lower than this. I've investigated it. I've even seen the polaroids. YUCK!!!
There are simply no limits anymore in our society. Kids shooting people in schools, young teens abusing old ladies in the streets, Priests molesting little boys, you name it.
Bad thing is this kid/teen will now go to jail for only 10-15 years and then come out even worse, and will attack 10 year olds when he's in his 50s, like that other psyco did in Florida.

We had a similiar case here 10-12 years ago. A golden retriever was raped, then strangled to death with a lamp chord. This was done as an intimidation tactic. Catching people like this can try a man's soul.
