Hi.....I figured I would introduce my self. I am all about anything to do with working dogs. There is nothing better than seeing a good dog work if you ask me. Any way, I use Cur dogs to hunt hogs. When I say cur dog, pretty much it is the same thing as a Black Mouth Cur or a Catahoula Leopard Cur. Basically the type of Dogs I have would be somewhere in between those two breeds as far the type of dog they are. My dogs come from a line of dogs that has been bred for 50 years by a freind of mine for penning wild cattle and Hunting hogs. Really, they have been bred for this purpose for longer than that because he had to get his dogs from somewhere, but past him I don't know any facts. I look forward to discussing dogs. Expescially Diet and Breeding. It should be good to see some ideas about breeding and genetics from people outside of the hunting arena. Can you post pictures on this message board?
