Hallo I am new to this forum. Well I am looking into buying a dog from Czech... well since I am from this country, I am only familiar with the "local" trails.. and they'v worked for me and my dogs.
Can somebody help me with locating people who love to train the Czechoslovakian way? Or do I have to fly there and just get it done home in Slovakia? I dont need this training to impress people.. just like it and know the rules.
I dont know much about training in slovakia but I know theres a kennel there called triumetal and in my opion shes got some of the best gaint schnauzers you can find any where
Thank you so much I will look for it... the trials are almost the same as IPO but less technical more on the working side. IPO is sport SVV/ZVV is work.
I'm not sure how many people actually train specifically for ZVV/SVV here in the US, because I believe those titles can only be earned in the Czech Republic or Slovakia (sp?). There are many people here in the US that ARE interested in that type of training (including me), but I think we do it on the side in addition to SchH because we would have to travel to Europe to actual Trial. In other words, I don't think you will find any clubs here that only train for ZVV/SVV.
I would love to see authorized ZVV trials conducted here in the US. Do you have an English translation of the ZVV trial rules? I've been trying to find a readable copy for a while.
Just give me couple of weeks and I will Translate the Whole ZVV1,2,3... and believe me accomplishing ZVV3 in nothing compare to Shutz at least it took me 3 years to get my dog ready and not to be kicked out of trials
That would be GREAT if you could translate the ZVV 1-3 trial rules into readable English! I know a LOT of people on this Board would like to have a copy of that and would be grateful.
Well I sure can Translate them... And maybe let people know... and email it to them...
I hope I can make it readable
I wis I could just show it, My friend, helper is comming to the US to help the local club before trials, maybe he can help to make it more presentable for americans... and try to train more the working way
I got both of the rules IPO and ZVV do you want me to try to translate both?
That will be fun for winter
Martina, When you get those rules translated you can add me to your list of people to send them to.....if you don't mind
