Jenni, I've been working horrifically long hours for several months now and seldom get the chance to glance at the board and see what's going on. But this...this story has me logging on every day for news or updates on Stark!!
I join everyone else in saying, damn girl, you are one cool, cool chick.
I hope you get a chance tonight to tell us how he did on his flight and his first few hours meeting you and your pack.
Yeesh, I feel like I'm watching a movie that I can't turn off .
Flight has been booked to arrive in the morning on Monday. I will let you all know how he is on Tuesday at the latest. Luckily, Gene was able to find him a direct flight, which is no easy task w/a 700series kennel.
Stark has arrived!!! Jen, Stark is in O'Hare waiting to be picked up. Let me know when you hear something, hopefully everything's fine. He can be picked up at the baggage claim office for Continental inside terminal 2.
My friend is en route to O'hare as we speak. Generally, it takes them about an hour to get them all checked in/out before you can actually leave w/them, and we're about 1h45mins from airport, soooo...I'll let y'all know when he's safely in my kennel. I don't get to meet him til 6.
Well, my friend's been at my house for a while now trying to get Mr.Stark out of his crate and into my kennel. Seems Mr.Stark is not a fan of travel, and is making his disapproval known, lol. Boy, were the airline folks happy to see him go. I hear he's big, gorgeous, and seriously angry. Personally, I prefer a dog with a little, shall we say, character, so I think we'll get along just fine.

I don't blame him... I hate flying, too. Hee, hee...doesn't sound like he'll bore you! This is such a cool ending (no...beginning!)Jenni, you are fantastic! I can't wait to hear progress reports.
