So I guess now you can dismiss me becasue I haven't titled 2 SchH dogs like you have. Like it really matters what you think of me or my training skills.
And no, John, I am not a DENTIST...but I have managed several dental/oral surgery practices..does that count?
No SchH, No PP, No Titles, not a Dentist but I do have teeth that has got to count for something !

in that video i stopped using yes yes. cant stand it
Well, you're definitely not marker training ... not even close.
If I were training that way, I'd say "This is not for mw," too. I wouldn't have the nerve to call it marker training , but I'd for sure quit.
I am pretty sure you have no desire to learn, but if you change your mind I'll link you to whatever you want: article, streaming video, recommendation for DVD to buy (which in this case would be 219, the pre-Michael-Ellis LB Power of Markers).
Your video explains 100% crystal-clear why you say that method you invented and erroneously called marker training stinks.
She is a cute, attentive pup that would do very well with MT if you chose to learn it & use it.
You are bribing. Luring into position is acceptable with phasing out over time.
Smaller (tiny) MOIST treats are better. The pup doesn't have to have time to chew or look on the floor for dropped crumbs.
You don't HAVE to use the word, yes, you can use another of your choice. It just needs to be consistant & said in the same tone of voice each time. You can use GOOD...short for the good girl that you are saying now. You can use yes or another word for adding duration later on in the training.

Just some thoughts. If you are interested.
And the marker of choice would have to be loaded, and better timing is needed. ("Good" might be used now too much to become the marker word. JMO!)
