Does the eye have discharge - goo - covering it or are you talking about the "white of her eye" becoming red? Does the eyeball appear bigger than the other eye?
Describe what you see for us.

We never noticed it before the surgery, but she did have tears coming out of it and kept it half closed before the surgery. But when she opened it, there was nothing wrong with it.
Now there is a white substance covering the eyeball, the bottom half. She can still see with that eye, but obscured. Now that white substance (not the natural white substance, but the one that grew last 3-4 days, over the eye) is a little bit red, but it is also becoming transparent.
Some signs are very positive (low sugar, more energy, eating well), but others are not so much (not stable when walking, eye problem, pain, periods of low energy).
Eyeball does not appear bigger or smaller, but it is half-covered with the white substance (like a body liquid covering an infection or something). Her cataract is in initial stages, not very visible (if at all).

I got up early this morning, but have good news: sugar test was negative this morning (she took insulin yesterday 5pm and ate a lot of cooked chicken meanwhile). Her eye looks much better, the white area is completely gone, she is still keeping it closed, but when something interesting happens, she opens both of her eyes and they look normal I am starting to hope for the best That white thing was thick and it looked like it was going to cover the whole eye. She was so good, not touching it. She likes cool room, not a hot one, so I brought her with me to the living room.
Wind brought over one yard of snow in front of my door, even though I had cleaned it yesterday two times. Outside it looks like a foot of snow fell, maybe even more, but the wind spread it unevenly. No driving this morning, but I will have a good, good workout to clean a couple of tons of snow from my driveway.

Melissa, sorry, I did not see your post. None of these photos are like her eye was. Her natural white part was still white, her eye looked normal, but bottom half of the brown part of her eye was covered with thick white mass, like a white liquid. It grew from the bottom to the middle of the eye in 2-3 days, stayed like that for a day and then started to subside. It can be related to the sugar level in her blood, which is also back to normal this morning. I will keep testing her blood, but for now no insulin for her.

Dragan,
How/why do you think this is related to her sugar level? What did the vet tell you about it or has he seen it yet? Just curious if it's not a cataract you're talking about wondering what it could be.
Dana

How does this relate to this earlier post?
" Doctor explained that she is developing cataract, and that she probably hurt herself trying to remove cataract as she could not see. "

Well, the white area is still there, but much smaller. My wife made some pictures yesterday, but it is hard to catch it as she always keeps it almost completely closed. She may have a cataract, on that (left) eye, I can see a little bit of white "fog" on it, but I am hoping some of it will go away, and the rest we can treat with drops.
Connie, that was the doctors explanation of why she has that white area. I am not sure if he is right or not. If he is right, than the sugar level helps the wound to heal, and maybe the eye is getting repaired by itself. I don't know these things, but that is how it looks. If the sugar level is high, the wounds heal slower, so, that is how these things may be related.

Dragan,
Again, I must reiterate - a cataract will not go away. It is not a wound that will "heal". It is not going to miraculously disappear if/when her blood sugar stabilizes and the diabetes hopefully is not longer an issue.
The ONLY treatment for a cataract is to have it removed.
