I still think this entire thread is a better study of web discussion board dynamics than anything to do with dogs. As a brand-new member, how well did you think a controversial and contrary opinion stated in such authoritarian language would go over?
Not sure if this applies but here is my eyewitness report on pack leader existence: I brought my Aussie over to a friend's house one time. "Tess" one of my friend's two Aussies established herself as the head of that group of three dogs in less than a minute. His other dog was #2... my dog was last in line. No question.
Call it a pack leader, call it head of the household.. call it whatever you want. It was very clear who was Top Dog that day.

I agree with you Tracy. When someone is pretending to be the smartest in the room, not everyone is going to believe it. We all express our skeptisim differently, but if Lee is going to play the waving game he's so fond of, his hand should have something in it.
