Breakfast was chunks of beef (tracking rewards), egg yolk, chicken gizzards and hearts. Dinner was chicken necks, kelp powder, wild salmon oil, vitamin c, vitamin e (capsule pierced and contents squirted out - I remember reading something about studies showing that whole capsules can make it through unscathed).

You can feed either way (both perfectly fine) - all muscle/organ meat at one meal and then all rmbs at the other; or a combination of all three at each meal. Veggies/glop can go with either or both meals.
I used to feed the former; but I have since changed to the combination - my boys love the variety.
As you think, so shall you be. |

For breakfast this a.m.: THK Embark w/venison chunks, Ester C, wild salmon oil, Prozyme, THK Invigor, Sparkle, and Perfect Form, and a bit of bone meal, since most of the meat I have left in the garage freezer is sans bone;-). It all took me over half an hour, and they finished it in about 4 seconds. I then ate oatmeal:-(, because I can afford little else after the 4 dogs are fed.
