I am not sure of all the titles yet i think it means he has tested SChH3 more than one time and he tested excellent.. The breed survey will tell you why the dog is recommended for breeding (what aspect of the dog is especially good, etc.) My dog's sire's was KKL1 in Germany and I had to babel fish the breed survey to translate from German the specifics! Interesting reading when it's been translated by a computer! The "V" means that the dog was rated "Excellent." I've usually seen it at the beginning on a dog's name, though, so I'm not sure if this is a different thing or not.
