Hi Sandy...no, he seems as good as new. Of course, we're still trying to baby him into a raw diet, but other than that he seems to be perfect. I think he's made of elastic.
Honestly, this dog gets into more trouble than my kid ever has! I'll admit it though, I wouldn't trade this imp for anything. Thanks for the post.
best thing for those fences is some snake mesh (well what we call it here in Australia) which has tiny little holes that a pencil fits through. Staple that to the inside of the fence so the dogs cant get legs through but I found it great because toes cant get caught either.
Then get timber planks and nail them along side of the cut tops to create a horizontal top to the fence. Even if you cup the points off you will have the gaps, block em up. Cheaper then replacing the whole fence and you can still see through it.
I came home one day to my malinois limping, she had gashed the inside of her rear hock open right down to the ligaments. Massive flap of skin hanging there and she was hopping around like a mad rabbit. $700 of emergency surgery and a sleepless night later I have pretty much covered the dog yard in cotton wool and padding as we still cant work out how she did it
Great to hear that Carbon is OK hope he stays out of trouble in the future!
I dont care what my boss said ... Flurescent yellow shirts did not increase workplace enthusiasm ...

Very glad to hear that. Funny you should compare your pup to your kid, I've done it often and the constant conclusion I come up with is that my kid was not as much work as my pup, although we did have some scares But then again, my last kid was mellow and laid back, never even cried as a baby, compared to this high energy, never sit still, wanting to go go go puppy I have.
