If you have a doorbell behavior that breaks under distraction, try practicing that behavior with different distractions, like at home while preparing dinner, or with an open door, or at the park near the playground. The behavior needs to be solid before you work with the very strong distraction of strangers (especially strange excited little strangers) entering the pack territory is addressed.
Leave her in the crate when company comes to the door if she's not ready to perform her doorbell behavior with strangers present.
