.If by seeing that on the show it makes you worry about that breed than you have not been around the dog world long enough to know that "natural aggression" is in every breed of dogs, and it doe snot start when they are 2 years of age for that breeder to point that out in the show she should stop owning dogs let alone breed them.
I think that is how you should have cut my quote, it was not pointing at you in "specific" if you read it I am saying that IS what the breeder points out to the viewers
This dog has a very little to basicaly NO prey drive, it is all defence and they rarely back up.
I owned one back in Europe and I got rid of it because he was .. well no use for me.
These dogs work by themselfs guarding life stock.. and they have a little OB ability. It took me 4 days to teach that dog to sit.
and 3 days later would not do it to save my life. Beautiful majestic animals sueted for guarding. JMO

Well the website say's they need plent of obedience training to be a happy family member. They actually mention that more than once and say they are *in there mind* easier to live w/than rotties & dobes. I can't imagine a dog that is in good health, have problems learning even the most basic obedience and learn to follow an alpha.
I think it all depends on the handler, and how much you are willing to put effort in your training.The ones I saw were trained and as good as any dogs I had seen that were not working dogs..Can't judge by one persons' experience.

I would never taken this dog again.. geneticly designed to work by themnselves does not do it for me..
They are popular in Europe, a lot of people purchase them for guarding purposes.. and quiet few of these guys end up in shelters.. which is very sad. They do need understanding owner.. I guess I had no patience (
