Someone asking who the boy's were... and she is just walking in circles..... I think she may of been locked in a kennel for most of her life.. is there any way to stop it, besides time?

I meant: How is she "starting to boss them around" .....
OK, so the spinning means walking in circles -- not chasing her tail over and over.
Walking in circles ....
Is she bumping into walls, or failing to see people or dogs approaching from certain angles? Does she appear to have any other kind of vision problem(s)?
Is she dragging her toes, or stumbling? Is she walking on the tops of any of her feet ("knuckling")?
Or do you mean more like patrolling the edges of a room?
Spinning. Is this just when she is about to lay down? Is she at all leaning her head down or sideways a bit when she is doing this? My first dog once had an inner ear thing which caused her balance to be off, she also twitched in her eyeball (had to have close up inspection to notice it) a bit if I remember correctly. (15 or so years ago) Fully treatable with meds, but don't recall what it was called.

This will depend on what's really happening.
Unless you just mean that she's kind of patrolling the perimeter, then I'd make a vet appointment. If she has a neurological problem, I believe that the vet will be able to tell you quite quickly.
And it could also be an inner ear infection.
Either way, the vet will see signs pretty readily.
