anyone know when i can expect his mal stamina to kick in? he's high energy, but not just a touch more than my 3 year old kelpie. seems weird to me, but he's still only 6 months,
When it cools down is a good guess. I find warmer temps hard on my Mal i.e. above 25c especially when there is humidity involved. Well you said it he is only 6 mos, me thinks maybe you have to many high expectations for the guy.
Well whadaya know? You got your Mal. Congrats Ted. I remember your thread asking about breeders. Kadi seems like a really nice person to deal with. She has/had Dobes too I think. Good luck with your pup. How's Phoenix handling it?
Congratulations! Your puppy is beautiful! We got our Mal from Kadi also. We have been very happy with him and Kadi is very helpful when we ask for advice. We started our dog who just turned one year old in French Ring and so far he is doing well.
Thanks, and I would HIGHLY recommend Dantero as a great breeder to deal with.
They took care of almost everything, and getting a dog from California to East coast Canada is not easy. But Air Canada did a great job! And thanks to Kadi!
Phoenix is doing great with the new pup, they play together very often, and he puts the pup in line when it's needed.
BB follows phoenix around also, and since phoenix is such a great dog, they don't get into trouble.
I house trained BB in about a week, he did great. And i'm teaching BB his commands in Greek.
All I know is there is a head of a formerly pretty bunny stuck to the side of my freezer that is not, despite my tugging, going ANYWHERE. Now, back to Ted's mal....
I just thought he should be warned not to displease you; your mental state is questionable at best.
