Good News about Congo, I saw on the local news station that Congo won't die. His owners must post signs on the property, Vicious Dog, but he will be allowed to live. (Like the landscapers can read them) As soon as I find a link I will post it.
OMG! That's such good news. I live only about an hour away from these poor people and I never, ever hear anything as far as updates. I've searched the internet several times.

Yay for Congo! I'm glad there was a good outcome, and hope his owners have taken the proper steps to make sure all of thier dogs are properly contained at all times so this never happens again.
Obviously the owners didn't take the proper steps in controlling their dogs.

How utterly sad. I'm stunned and saddened that Congo's owners failed him after all that - not only were they warned through the first incident that their control and handling was less than acceptable, but they were given a second chance and they STILL missed the boat!! My heart goes out to Congo, who deserved far better.
